Terms of Service

**These terms govern your use of balioffshorehub.com, published under the brand “Archipelago Desk.” Everything here is general market-entry information, not legal, tax, financial or immigration advice, and reading it creates no adviser-client relationship. Archipelago Desk is an independent information hub operated by Bali Premium Trip; any actual company formation must run through licensed Indonesian professionals.**

_Last reviewed: as of 2026. These terms are subject to change; the version published here when you use the site is the version that applies._

Who are you dealing with?

Archipelago Desk is an English-language information hub covering foreign company setup in Bali and Indonesia — PT PMA formation, KPPA representative offices, KITAS permits, KBLI business codes, OSS-RBA licensing and the tax reality of market entry. The brand is operated by Bali Premium Trip, and the website is published by Juara Holding Group.

We are not a law firm, a notary, a registered tax consultant or a licensed financial adviser, and we are not appointed as your representative before BKPM, the Ministry of Investment, or any other Indonesian authority. Our job is to explain the rules honestly and, when you ask, introduce you to vetted licensed partners who do the formal work.

Is anything on this site legal, tax or financial advice?

No. Read this part plainly.

Everything on Archipelago Desk — articles, tables, checklists, capital figures, timelines and KBLI notes — is general information published for education, current as of 2026 and subject to change. It is not advice, and no adviser-client, lawyer-client or fiduciary relationship is formed by reading the site, contacting us, or receiving an introduction.

Indonesian company law and tax rules move, and they are applied case by case. We may state, for example, that a PT PMA carries an IDR 10,000,000,000 minimum investment plan with IDR 2,500,000,000 paid-up capital — the paid-up floor Emerhub attributes to Article 26(10) of BKPM Regulation No. 5 of 2025 — or that OSS-RBA has been blocking certain low and medium-low risk KBLI codes at Bali addresses. Those illustrate how the rules generally work, not how they apply to your company, your shareholders or your sector. Only a licensed Indonesian professional, reviewing your actual facts, can tell you that.

How does the introduction and referral service work?

Archipelago Desk earns its keep by connecting readers to vetted licensed consultants — a referral-broker role, not a professional-services engagement.

  • We introduce, we do not represent. When you ask for help, we pass your enquiry — by WhatsApp or email — to one or more licensed Indonesian counsel or registered tax consultants we consider suitable. Any engagement, scope, quote and fee is agreed directly between you and that professional.
  • We may receive a referral fee. Where a partner takes you on, Bali Premium Trip may earn an introduction fee from that partner. This never adds to what you pay and never changes our editorial position.
  • Vetting is not a guarantee. We select partners in good faith, but we do not warrant their advice, outcomes, timelines or fees. The professional relationship, and any liability for the work, sits between you and them.
  • No outcome is promised. We do not guarantee that a PT PMA will be approved, that a chosen KBLI code will be released for a Bali address, that a KITAS will be granted, or any particular tax result.

What are you responsible for when you use this site?

You agree to use Archipelago Desk lawfully and honestly. In particular:

  • Use the content for your own market research and education, not as a finished legal or tax opinion.
  • Do not rely on nominee shareholder or nominee director arrangements to sidestep foreign-ownership limits. We say clearly across this site that such structures are risky and effectively unenforceable — that honesty position is part of these terms, not marketing.
  • Do not scrape, republish or resell our content at scale without written permission.
  • Do not use the site or our introductions to disguise the source of funds, evade tax reporting, or for any unlawful purpose. Indonesia participates in the automatic exchange of information (CRS) with Australia, Singapore, the United States and EU jurisdictions, and we will not knowingly assist secrecy or evasion.
  • Give any partner we introduce accurate information; we are not responsible for outcomes that flow from details you misstated.

This is a legitimate market-entry information hub, never a vehicle for offshore secrecy.

What are the limits of our liability?

Please read this carefully, because our role is editorial and introductory rather than professional.

  • Content is provided “as is.” It may contain errors, become outdated, or be superseded by new rules from BKPM, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, or the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), and we do not warrant that every figure stays exact.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archipelago Desk, Bali Premium Trip and Juara Holding Group are not liable for any loss, cost, tax, penalty, delay or business decision arising from your reliance on the site or on an introduction.
  • Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability for any claim connected with your use of the site is limited to any referral fee we actually earned in relation to your matter.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
  • We are not a licensed financial, legal, tax or immigration adviser. Always confirm your position with licensed Indonesian counsel and a registered tax consultant before you act.

How is your personal data handled?

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, make an introduction — usually your name, contact details and a short note on your plans.

  • Indonesia UU PDP (Law No. 27 of 2022): As a business operating in Indonesia, we process your personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law. We use it to reply to you, coordinate introductions with licensed partners, and improve our content. We do not sell your data.
  • International visitors (GDPR-awareness): If you contact us from the EU or UK, we recognise that rights such as access, correction and erasure may apply, and we aim to honour reasonable requests of that kind.
  • Sharing: We share only the details necessary to make an introduction, and only with the licensed partner you have asked us to connect you to.
  • Your requests: To access, correct or delete your data, message us on WhatsApp +62 811 2859 0000 or email sales@balipremiumtrip.com.

By enquiring, you consent to us contacting you about your request through WhatsApp and email.

Which law governs these terms?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, please raise it with us directly first so we can try to resolve it in good faith; unresolved disputes fall under Indonesian jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. We may update these terms at any time, and the version published here when you use the site is the one that governs.
